A woman reported being raped by an app driver in the early hours of Saturday (10) in Londrina, in the northern region of Paraná. The victim told the Military Police (PM), according to the police report, that she was drunk and the man took advantage of her condition to commit the abuse.

The woman received care shortly after the incident. Friends of the victim mobilized to alert about the crime on social media during the weekend.
The app driver was identified by the company’s system, but was not arrested because the deadline for the flagrant had passed. He even recorded a video and denied the sexual violence. He claimed that he “only corresponded to the advances of the girl.” The Civil Police will investigate the case.
